Villa Grande Estate 6 bedrooms Villa Grande Estate: 6 Bedrooms, Heated Pool, Steps from the Beach

6 Bedrooms • 6 Baths • Sleeps 8-12

VILLA GRANDE ESTATE brings together three private residences in the gated Anchorage-Deck Point community on St. Thomas' East End into one 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom Caribbean estate for up to 12 guests, with a heated private pool for your group's exclusive use and Anchorage Beach just 2 minutes away on foot.

The estate is made up of the 3-bedroom Main Villa, a 2-bedroom apartment and a 1-bedroom studio. Each has its own fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, air conditioning and ceiling fans, so large families and groups of friends get plenty of space and privacy while still sharing the pool, the terrace and the sea views over Cowpet Bay.

Caribbean-Mediterranean architecture, high wooden ceilings and louvered windows let in the sea breeze. The Main Villa has a king suite, a queen suite and a third bedroom with twin beds that can be made into a king on request. The apartment has a queen master suite and a second bedroom with twin beds convertible to a king; its fifth sleeping place is a sofa bed, for exceptional use. The studio has a queen bedroom, full bathroom, living area and kitchen.

Walk to Anchorage Beach, Elysian Beach, the St. Thomas Yacht Club and several restaurants without a car. Red Hook, with its bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the ferry to St. John, is 5 minutes by car, and wild Lindquist Beach is under 10 minutes away.

Recently upgraded: a brand-new pool and deck in 2025, plus a pool heating system and a solar battery backup in 2026 for uninterrupted 24/7 power. Private free parking, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, bath and beach towels and a beach kit with chairs and a cooler are included. Keyless check-in 24/7.

Discounts apply to stays of a week or longer. We recommend booking early: few properties on the island combine sea views, walking access to the beach and a private heated pool at this scale.
